At SFA Foundation, every donation directly supports our mission of rescuing, treating, rehabilitating, feeding, and caring for stray and abandoned animals. We sincerely appreciate your generosity and trust.

Donations

All donations made to SFA Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable activities. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.

Since donated funds are utilized to support ongoing animal welfare programs, rescue operations, medical treatment, food, shelter, and related initiatives, we are unable to offer refunds except in limited circumstances.

Refund Requests

A refund may be considered only in exceptional cases, including:

• Duplicate donations made due to a technical error.

• Incorrect donation amount caused by a payment processing issue.

• Unauthorized transactions that are verified by the payment gateway or the donor's financial institution.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and should include:

• Donor's Name

• Transaction ID / Payment Reference

• Donation Amount

• Date of Donation

• Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed individually, and the decision of SFA Foundation shall be final.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the respective payment gateway and financial institution.

Monthly (Recurring) Donations

If you have enrolled in a monthly donation plan:

• You may cancel your recurring donation at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

• Cancellation will stop future donations only.

• Donations that have already been successfully processed are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Donations that have already been completed cannot be cancelled.

For recurring monthly donations, cancellation only prevents future scheduled payments and does not affect donations that have already been processed.

Payment Failures

If a recurring donation fails due to insufficient funds, card expiry, banking restrictions, or any other payment issue, the payment gateway may attempt to process the donation again in accordance with its policies. If the payment continues to fail, the recurring donation may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
